Sales Manager - Aesthetic Medicine Products

About the role

Aesthetique is an established distributor of professional aesthetic medicine products and advanced medical technologies in Armenia, partnering with over 600 doctors and clinics since 2020. It is expanding its sales team and is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities and driving growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, aesthetic doctors and clinic owners.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across Armenia.
• Present and promote professional aesthetic products, injectables and medical technologies.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales pipeline performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and education teams on product launches, training sessions and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment or beauty distribution.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with medical professionals and decision-makers.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
• Confidence in meetings and closing sales.
• Proficiency in Armenian; Russian and English are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn about innovative aesthetic products and technologies.
