Sales Business Development Specialist

About the role

CodeLines is a software development company offering custom software, websites, web and mobile apps, CRM systems, client portals, e-commerce platforms, AI-powered solutions, UI/UX design, API integrations, software modernization and SEO. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development professional in Yerevan, Armenia, to identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a lead pipeline and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of leads.
• Nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and understand client needs.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and collaborate with technical teams so proposals match CodeLines' service offerings.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through contract negotiation.
• Represent CodeLines at meetings, events and industry gatherings as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, business development or account management within software or IT services is highly beneficial.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
