Quality Control Specialist – Glass Production

About the role

PROFAL LLC seeks a diligent Quality Control Specialist to ensure the highest standards in its glass production line. You will work closely with production teams to verify raw materials, monitor processes, and certify finished products against technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and perform incoming inspections of raw and production materials.
• Monitor manufacturing steps—including cutting, grinding, tempering, and assembly—to guarantee compliance with technological and quality requirements.
• Inspect finished glass items for adherence to drawings, specifications, and permissible tolerances.
• Conduct daily and periodic laboratory tests following applicable standards.
• Identify, isolate, and document non‑conforming products.
• Analyze root causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, product passports, testing reports, and related documentation.
• Communicate with international partners and quality specialists regarding standards and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary specialized technical education.
• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Good command of Armenian; English at least B1 level (Russian a plus).

Required skills

• Use of measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Operation of laboratory equipment for basic quality tests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
