Sales Specialist – Financial Services

About the role

AFH Armenia is seeking motivated Sales Specialists to join its Yerevan team. You will engage with U.S.-based clients who are actively looking for debt‑settlement and other financial solutions, using high‑quality leads generated by U.S. marketing channels. No cold calling is required – the focus is on understanding client needs and presenting tailored financial options.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with U.S. clients and establish strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Assess each client’s financial situation, goals, and needs.
• Present appropriate financial solutions clearly and confidently.
• Guide clients through a consultative sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• C1‑level English proficiency with excellent verbal communication.
• Mandatory previous sales experience; experience in financial services is a strong advantage.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ambitious, results‑driven mindset with good listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
