Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Brivity Marketing is seeking a full‑time Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join its Yerevan office. The role focuses on developing and executing SEO strategies that boost organic visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions for client brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high‑value search terms and understand user intent.
• Perform SEO audits to evaluate site health, uncover technical issues, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
• Develop and manage link‑building campaigns, including outreach and relationship development.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader campaign goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO or digital marketing, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Yerevan and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
