Senior Affiliate Manager – iGaming Affiliate Programs

About the role

The Senior Affiliate Manager (Tier 1) is a high‑ownership role within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services team, responsible for end‑to‑end affiliate programmes for iGaming operators in competitive Tier 1 markets. You will drive affiliate traffic, optimise payout models and deliver measurable NGR impact across regions such as the UK, Germany, Sweden, Canada and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage affiliate programmes for multiple iGaming operator clients across Tier 1 markets.
• Recruit, negotiate and maintain relationships with high‑quality affiliates, handling CPA, RevShare and hybrid deals.
• Ensure compliance by completing KYC/AML onboarding, monitoring traffic quality and flagging fraud.
• Produce weekly performance reports and conduct monthly strategy reviews with operators.
• Mentor middle‑level affiliate managers and contribute to process documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of affiliate management experience in the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programmes in Tier 1 GEOs.
• Strong network of affiliates in markets such as the UK, Germany, Sweden, Canada and Australia.
• Fluent English; additional languages (German, Swedish, Dutch or French) are a plus.
• Comfortable analysing affiliate data and drawing actionable insights.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an iGaming affiliate platform (e.g., PartnerMatrix).
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• KYC/AML compliance knowledge.
