Senior Engineering Manager (Hands-on)

About the role

Alan is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will combine people leadership with hands‑on technical work to help build its prevention‑focused health insurance platform. You will join a fast‑growing team that serves over 1 million members across Europe and is expanding into new markets such as Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams while remaining actively involved in coding and delivery.
• Drive the technical roadmap for the prevention insurance product suite.
• Collaborate with product, design and data teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Help scale the platform to support rapid growth and new geographic expansions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast‑moving, product‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on software development background.
• Strong alignment with Alan’s mission to make health prevention the new norm.
