Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of our marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand identity across all customer touch points in a fast‑paced supermarket environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design promotional materials for weekly, monthly, seasonal offers and product launches.
• Create in‑store branding assets such as posters, shelf talkers, price tags, banners, window graphics, POSM, signage and displays.
• Produce digital assets for social media, website, mobile apps, email marketing and digital advertising.
• Maintain visual consistency across all supermarket branches and communication channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing and Merchandising teams.
• Lead the design process from concept to final production while meeting deadlines.
• Supervise print production, prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to junior designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, advertising or marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, packaging, digital and print projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Knowledge of motion graphics using After Effects (a plus).
• Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or ChatGPT (advantage).
• Experience preparing files for professional printing.
