Senior Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

Feazer is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its remote‑first studio. You will lead high‑impact design projects across digital, print, branding and presentation assets while mentoring junior talent and driving the adoption of AI‑enhanced workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute a variety of design assignments, including digital, print, presentation, branding and, optionally, web UI.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering creativity and skill growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop effective design solutions for multiple industries.
• Integrate AI tools into design processes to boost efficiency and creative output.
• Conduct training sessions and skill‑development initiatives for the design team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards, brand guidelines and project requirements.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding or art direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platforms.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and a passion for talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools.
