Senior Payment Risks Manager

About the role

VBET is seeking a Senior Payment Risks Manager to protect the integrity of its betting platform. You will lead the analysis of payment activity, identify fraud patterns, and ensure compliance with global payment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Examine customers' betting history and payment activity, providing recommendations or taking actions as needed.
• Analyze and monitor transactions to detect risk exposures, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement risk control measures and best practices.
• Investigate risk‑related incidents, prepare detailed reports, and suggest corrective actions.
• Utilize data‑analytics tools to track key risk indicators and support decision‑making.
• Assist in developing and executing risk‑mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute assigned inquiries, tasks, and other duties aligned with the job description.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of betting terminology and game rules.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, spot emerging fraud trends, and design mitigation strategies.
• Deep knowledge of global payment regulations, anti‑fraud methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Professional proficiency in Russian for regulatory writing
