About the role
SoftConstruct is looking for a new player to join the team as a Risk Management Associate. You will help protect the organization’s online gaming products by analysing risks and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform risk analysis to maximise protection of the organisation’s products.
- Stay aware of licence and regulation requirements and act accordingly.
- Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks linked to online gaming products and client behaviour.
- Evaluate and forecast potential losses and propose mitigation solutions.
- Identify high‑risk clients and implement containment procedures per internal policies.
- Prepare reports for the Senior Risk Analyst, Team Leader and Head of Department.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Good computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions in challenging situations.
