Senior System Administrator

About the role

Energize Global Services is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join its Yerevan office. You will be responsible for maintaining a multi‑tenant Exchange Server 2013 environment, managing VMware ESXi infrastructure, and leading the migration to Microsoft Cloud while ensuring the security and performance of Linux and Windows systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot the on‑premises Exchange Server 2013 platform and plan its migration to Microsoft Cloud.
• Administer VMware ESXi hosts, ensuring high availability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Manage Active Directory, enforce security policies, and handle user account provisioning.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain next‑generation firewalls to protect network traffic.
• Administer, patch, and secure Linux servers.
• Deploy and manage Trellix anti‑malware solutions for endpoint protection.
• Use Windows SCCM for patch management and compliance across Windows environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to cloud services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on systems administration experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
