Senior Tools Engineer

About the role

Fundraise Up is looking for a Senior Tools Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal automation, bots, and AI assistants that streamline routine work across the company. This part‑time, remote position requires high responsiveness during CET business hours and collaboration with a Russian‑speaking team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own automation for the TargetProcess project‑management system, including custom rules, workflow logic, and integrations.
• Create and maintain Slack and Telegram bots that support daily workflows.
• Design AI‑powered assistants to enhance internal productivity.
• Implement full‑stack solutions with a backend bias, choosing the most appropriate technology for each problem.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (5+ years) in full‑stack development.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule but high availability between 12:00–18:00 CET.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to work with a Russian‑speaking team.
