Social Media & Paid Social Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media & Paid Social Specialist to drive organic and paid social initiatives for multiple consumer‑technology and gaming brands. The role blends content publishing, social media operations and paid‑social campaign management on Meta and TikTok, working closely with marketing, content and design teams to support brand growth and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Meta platforms and TikTok.
• Launch and optimise paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Set up and manage audiences, budgets and overall campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and refine creatives, targeting and bidding strategies.
• Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign planning and product launches.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proven track record managing paid social campaigns and social media activities.
• Experience with consumer brands, retail or e‑commerce (a plus).
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel and UTM tracking.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
