CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

About the role

Freedx, a fast‑growing cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own user retention, engagement and reactivation across all communication channels. You will design and run CleverTap campaigns, email and push journeys, and segment users to deliver personalized experiences that boost activity and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage lifecycle journeys for onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation.
• Set up and maintain email communications, ensuring deliverability, compliance and template quality.
• Define segmentation logic using KYC level, activity status, product usage and behavioral triggers.
• Create automated workflows, A/B tests and churn‑reduction strategies.
• Coordinate with Product, Data and Growth teams to align CRM with product updates and acquisition funnels.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with email systems, deliverability management and anti‑spam controls.
• Proven ability to work independently and own end‑to‑end CRM processes.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• CleverTap (or similar marketing automation platform).
• Email marketing setup and template QA.
• User segmentation, funnel analysis and cohort tracking.
• Mobile attribution and event‑based tracking.
