Technical Project Manager for Software Products

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of client software projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, designers and developers, ensuring that projects ship on time and meet quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from discovery, scoping and research through delivery, hand‑off and client sign‑off.
• Maintain the client relationship: run meetings, set expectations, provide updates and translate ambiguous feedback into clear requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and competitive analysis, turning findings into user stories, journey maps and flows.
• Plan and execute sprints in Jira together with the CTO and development team, creating realistic timelines and budgets.
• Ensure rigorous kickoff documentation, signed‑off scope and clean project records.
• Provide product‑owner‑level feedback to designers and early risk warnings to developers.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing software or digital product projects in an agile/Jira environment (agency experience a plus).
• Strong technical foundation to understand and discuss architecture decisions with clients.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Experience leading remote and distributed teams.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized and direct communication style.
