1C Administrator / IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive 1C Administrator / IT Specialist to ensure the stable operation of our 1C 8.3 environment and support the company’s overall IT infrastructure. The role involves daily technical support, coordination with an external 1C service provider, and maintenance of hardware and network components.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous, reliable operation of 1C 8.3 and resolve incidents.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot 1C issues, liaising with the external service provider for resolution.
• Install, update, and configure software on company workstations.
• Monitor system performance, respond to interruptions, and provide first‑line technical support to employees.
• Maintain computers, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support the company’s network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with 1C 8.3 and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent command of Armenian and Russian, with good English proficiency.

Required skills

• 1C 8.3 configuration and administration.
• SQL fundamentals.
• OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
• Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing/switching, remote access.
• Terminal Services, proxy servers, WAN/LAN, web and file servers, firewalls, NAS, network printers, wireless access points.
• Version control systems such as Git.
