Account Assistant

About the role

Grid Dynamics, a technology consulting and AI services firm founded in 2006 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, is looking for a motivated Account Assistant to join its team in Armenia. The role supports account reporting, client communications and process monitoring within a growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account reporting, schedules, resources and other data
• Liaise with stakeholders to define accurate task requirements, scope and objectives
• Prepare and validate reports, presentations and other data on request
• Handle ad-hoc requests such as information collection and data research
• Track SOW submissions and approval stages
• Manage client system access for team members and help with set-up
• Schedule, attend and document stakeholder meetings on request
• Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements on request
• Monitor assigned processes and handle issues that arise

Required profile

• Proactive and initiative-driven approach to work tasks
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• Great organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive, confidential information
• High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Previous experience on IT projects is highly desirable

• Intermediate (or higher) MS Excel / Google Sheets
