Affiliate Manager

About the role

This full-time remote Affiliate Manager role is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships to drive revenue and brand visibility. The manager will identify and recruit new affiliates, onboard them, and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
• Adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate offers.
• Negotiate terms and commissions with affiliates while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Proactively communicate with affiliates, resolve issues quickly, and test and refine offers, creatives, and promotions.

Required profile

• Strong affiliate management experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing partners.
• Solid account management and communication skills to maintain relationships and manage expectations.
• Sales experience with the ability to negotiate performance‑based terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience using tracking tools and analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques.
