AI Engineer – Build Intelligent FinTech Solutions

About the role

Energize Global Services is seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to design and deliver production‑ready AI solutions for the banking and financial services sector. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create intelligent applications such as document processing pipelines, conversational agents, and automated report generators.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI solutions including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, chatbots, and structured data extraction workflows.
• Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI, documenting them with Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Implement LangChain and LangGraph based agentic workflows and evaluate them with LangSmith.
• Integrate Azure services (Document Intelligence, AI Search, Azure‑hosted LLMs) and Microsoft Foundry into production pipelines.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solution demos.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code; participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/GenAI solutions.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients.
