About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Manager to join the Premium Banking Services Department of ID Bank in Yerevan. The role involves managing client relationships, handling contracts, and supporting a range of premium banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, sign, amend, and terminate customer contracts.
• Open and service deposit accounts.
• Execute loan processes in accordance with internal regulations.
• Receive and process payment card applications.
• Manage rental agreements for personal safe deposit boxes.
• Provide customers with electronic banking access and support.
• Handle cash‑handling transactions and issue account statements, receipts, and duplicate payment documents.
• Sell bank bonds and offer advisory information on bank services.
• Collect commissions and fees as defined by internal policies.
• Enter and verify payment documents using the “Operational Day” system.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Armenian banking legislation.
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Strong communication, presentation and cross‑selling abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly, multitask and adapt to change.
• Attention to detail, teamwork orientation and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with the LS Bank software (preferred).
