Associate Medical Writer (MD)

About the role

ClinChoice is seeking a dynamic Associate Medical Writer (MD) to join its in‑house team on a permanent basis. You will support the creation and updating of Clinical Evaluation Reports, Safety and Clinical Performance reports, and systematic literature reviews for assigned therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic literature reviews and generate Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER), Summary of Safety and Clinical Performance (SSCP), State of the Art (SOA) reviews, and Post‑Market Surveillance documents.
• Prepare FDA‑related reports such as Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSUR), Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE), and Investigative Device Exemption (IDE) submissions.
• Ensure deliverables are error‑free, meet quality standards, and are submitted on schedule.
• Maintain training, timesheet, and utilization compliance, and adhere to company policies, data protection, and security requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a life‑science field with at least 1 year of medical writing or related experience, or an advanced degree (MD, MPH) with any professional experience.
• Strong analytical and comprehension abilities, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in oral and written English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
