ATM Engineer

About the role

Finbox CJSC is looking for an ATM Engineer to join its growing team in Yerevan. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the installation, configuration and maintenance of the company’s nationwide ATM network.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission new ATMs across the Finbox network.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high availability.
• Diagnose hardware, software and networking issues and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor ATM performance and report incidents to internal teams and external partners.
• Follow security and compliance procedures specific to the financial sector.
• Travel within Armenia to provide on‑site support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in ATM systems and networks.
• Experience with computer maintenance, hardware diagnostics and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with vendors and service partners.
• Relevant technical education or certification in electronics, IT or a related field.
• Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
