About the role

The bank is looking for a highly qualified Team Leader to manage the Automated Systems Management department. You will oversee the operation, optimisation and continuous improvement of all automated banking modules and supporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and control the work performed by department staff.
• Ensure execution of orders, directives and assignments related to the department.
• Collect and analyse statistics on operational system issues and implement corrective and optimisation measures.
• Draft contractual terms for the maintenance of bank‑wide applied systems.
• Manage all modules and systems within the automated banking platform.
• Oversee supporting systems to guarantee uninterrupted operation and monitoring.
• Administer the core banking system and database environments.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by internal legal acts, decisions and orders.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• Minimum 3 years of ICT experience in the last 5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Deep knowledge of banking application systems and automation technologies.
• Fluent in Armenian and Russian (excellent) and technical English.
• Strong organisational, regulatory and creative abilities.
• High sense of diligence, discipline and responsibility.
