About the role
The bank is seeking a Chief Specialist to lead the Strategy and Methodology Department. The role involves shaping the bank’s strategic direction, preparing regulatory plans, and supporting budgetary processes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the bank’s activity strategy and the Prospective Development Plan for submission to the Central Bank of Armenia.
- Collect, analyse and compile data for budget setting, performance reporting and methodological work.
- Analyse results of the bank and its branches, monitor key indicators of the Armenian banking system, and prepare related reports.
- Review and improve policies, procedures, regulations and support economic plans for new branch openings.
Required profile
- Higher economic education.
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial sector.
- Excellent Armenian, good Russian and English language skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of VBA, Python and SQL.
