Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Freedx, a new cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead data‑driven acquisition campaigns and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will optimise paid media spend, email strategies and overall user journey to maximise acquisition, reduce CPA and boost LTV.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel performance campaigns (search, display, social, affiliate) and allocate budget based on ROI.
• Plan and execute lifecycle email marketing, segment audiences, create content and automate personalised workflows.
• Analyse channel performance, run A/B tests and use data insights to refine targeting and messaging.
• Collaborate with product, content, growth and design teams to ensure cohesive, brand‑consistent campaigns.
• Produce regular performance reports and present findings to leadership.
• Ensure all activities comply with cryptocurrency and financial regulations and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; 3+ years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience, preferably in tech/fintech.
• Proven success in email/lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, automation and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain trends.
