About the role
Mellat Bank is seeking a responsible and communicative Customer Service Specialist to join its growing team. You will work directly with clients in a dynamic banking environment, providing assistance and ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality customer service to bank clients.
- Advise customers on the bank’s products and services.
- Handle cash transactions, including receipts and disbursements.
- Accurately process and record all transactions using internal systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle challenging customer situations.
- Fluency in Armenian and English; knowledge of Persian is a plus.
- Previous experience in the financial or banking sector is advantageous.
