Digital Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS

About the role

TFB, a B2B technology provider for retail brokers and hedge funds, is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition and search initiatives across its product portfolio, including a new project. This full‑time position will shape and execute the company’s B2B digital marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads.
• Own SEM strategy: campaign structure, keyword planning, bidding and performance optimisation.
• Develop and manage SEO strategy, including content and technical initiatives.
• Create SEO content briefs aligned with keyword research and business goals.
• Prepare technical SEO briefs and collaborate with developers for implementation.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and ad platform tools.
• Act as a strategic partner, contributing to overall digital marketing strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
• Design and execute ABM campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Plan and evaluate A/B tests and CRO experiments.
• Identify trends and optimise spend to scale campaigns efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B and SaaS marketing.
