Digital Startup Coordinator (Project Management)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Startup Coordinator to drive the conception, planning and execution of innovative digital projects across the Grand Holding ecosystem. The role blends business analysis, project coordination and hands‑on use of digital tools, supporting initiatives in digital marketing, web and mobile development, eco‑literacy, and training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and prioritize ideas for digital startup projects.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental and external collaboration to move ideas forward.
• Structure and model startup concepts using tools such as Lean Canvas.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, monitor progress and produce regular status reports.
• Support the launch of new digital initiatives and ensure timelines, quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Organise eco‑literacy meetings, training sessions and related educational activities.
• Assist in defining requirements for websites and mobile applications, focusing on functionality and user experience.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams during product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in project management or coordination is preferred.
• Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and within a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and approaches.
• Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications, UX/UI and digital product development.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (advantageous).
