Electro-Mechanical Fitter

About the role

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Fitter to carry out technical work on electromechanical and hydraulic equipment of hydro power plants, reservoirs and hydraulic facilities, ensuring compliance with technical instructions and maintenance procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, reconstruction, assembly, disassembly, adjustment, testing and calibration of hydroturbines, auxiliary equipment and pumps.
• Identify equipment defects, determine causes, assess wear level and define repair or recovery options.
• Check operation of main and auxiliary equipment after repair and commissioning.
• Participate in defect correction works and assist in detecting equipment malfunctions.
• Use technical documentation, sketches and drawings to guide work.

Required profile

• Ability to identify equipment defects and assess wear.
• Experience checking equipment operation post‑repair.
• Willingness to participate in defect correction and assist in detection of malfunctions.
• Proficiency in using technical documentation, sketches and drawings.

Required skills

• Maintenance, reconstruction, assembly and disassembly of hydroturbines and auxiliary equipment.
• Adjustment, testing and calibration of oil, water and air pumps.
• Interpretation of technical documentation, sketches and drawings.
