Senior Organic Growth Manager (SEO & AI Search)

About the role

We are seeking a senior SEO and organic growth specialist to shape how our product is discovered, understood, and recommended across Google, AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and other organic channels. You will set the overall organic growth direction and ensure alignment across content, social, PR, influencer, community, and product announcements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and protect our product’s presence in AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) by earning trusted mentions and creating quote‑worthy content.
• Own end‑to‑end content strategy, deciding what, where, and why to publish, and be accountable for search and AI results.
• Coordinate with SMM, PR, influencer, and product teams to keep brand messaging consistent across all discoverable channels.
• Grow visibility on external platforms such as review sites, Reddit, YouTube, and monitor brand sentiment.
• Plan research‑driven content (surveys, studies, industry reports) that becomes a source for other sites and AI tools.
• Measure organic and AI visibility, report to leadership, and address technical SEO issues with engineers or AI assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience and 5 years in digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of AI tool recommendation mechanisms and core search engine fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with GA4 and Google Search Console, and able to spot misleading data.
• Proven ability to use AI daily for automation, agents, or repeatable workflows.
• Excellent communication, organization, and a track record of initiative.
• Fluent English, capable of defending ideas in meetings.
