Financial Accounting Specialist

About the role

Digitain is seeking a self‑motivated Financial Accounting Specialist to join its Financial Accounting Unit in Yerevan. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring the integrity of the company’s accounting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create and submit bookkeeping entries and reports.
• Check orders, import packages, and balance code circulation.
• Review payment system statements and cash costs.
• Control and classify receivables.
• Ensure accurate accounting of financial movements, timely bank account updates, and correct journal entries.
• Identify software issues in the 1C system and develop technical specifications.
• Test programmatic issues.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Good knowledge of the Armenian tax code.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
