Head of Finance – Imagine Live

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function for Imagine Live, reporting directly to the Group CEO. This hands‑on leadership position oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and the procurement team, turning data into strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Transform financial data into business‑relevant insights to support pricing, cost control, profitability and investment decisions.
• Own the budgeting process and monitor budget‑vs‑actual performance with variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain financial dashboards for the CEO covering revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and key risks.
• Ensure compliance with gaming‑license financial requirements, including GGR/NGR reporting and player‑fund segregation.
• Oversee the Procurement Department, aligning purchasing with budget and cost‑control standards.
• Manage internal and external audit follow‑up through to closure.
• Strengthen internal controls, approval processes and governance across the finance function.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3+ years in a leadership role such as Head of Finance, Finance Director or Financial Controller.
• Prior experience in iGaming or online gambling with multi‑jurisdiction financial operations.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or a related field (MSc/MBA or ACCA/CFA a plus).
• Proven experience managing a finance team.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities with a track record of driving accountability.
• Fluency in Armenian and English; Russian is an advantage.
