Financial Analysis and Budgeting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analysis and Budgeting Specialist to support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and budget control for urban development projects. The role works closely with Budget Management and Cost Control teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data and develop budgets for urban development projects and corporate operations.
• Create and maintain financial models, perform scenario analyses, and support financial plan development.
• Update forecasts, conduct periodic reforecasting, and perform cash‑flow analyses.
• Prepare budget and financial planning reports for internal management, investors, and banks.
• Monitor budget utilization, identify potential overruns, and reconcile financial reports with accounting balances.
• Support financial evaluation of project changes and update revised budget baselines.
• Review financial information for investors, assess project attractiveness, and assist in stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with Cost Control, Contract, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related analytical discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Outstanding academic performance and strong analytical abilities.
