Financial Organization Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Organization Auditor to join our audit team. The successful candidate will support fieldwork, data analysis, and report preparation to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of financial organization records.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit fieldwork to verify the accuracy and compliance of financial organization records.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data, preparing comprehensive summaries for audit conclusions.
• Draft clear audit reports that outline background, scope, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop and present recommendations to resolve identified issues and improve resource utilisation.
• Perform in‑depth research to support assigned audit projects.
• Monitor audit tasks to meet deadlines and proactively address potential delays.
• Prepare and maintain organised audit documentation in line with professional standards.
• Coordinate audit presentations and other deliverables for management.
• Collaborate with the responsible auditor to identify deviations in client accounting records and provide initial recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; ACCA student status is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of relevant audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, teamwork attitude and ability to work within deadlines.
