Head of Product – Core & Player Account Management

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and execution‑oriented Head of Product to lead the evolution of our proprietary Player Account Management (PAM) platform. You will define the long‑term vision, drive platform strategy and manage a team of product managers to deliver scalable, secure, market‑leading capabilities for B2B operators in regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term product vision and strategy for the PAM platform.
• Lead the evolution of the platform into a Tier‑1 competitive product for regulated markets.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing product management organisation.
• Own the product portfolio, roadmap prioritisation and investment decisions across multiple domains.
• Partner with engineering leadership to deliver scalable, API‑first, highly configurable platform capabilities.
• Drive continuous product discovery through customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis and industry trends.
• Establish product KPIs and use data‑driven insights to measure adoption, customer satisfaction and business impact.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance and Operations to ensure product‑market fit.
• Represent product at the executive level, influencing company strategy and aligning investments.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a senior product leadership role.
• Proven experience leading product strategy for B2B platforms within the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of PAM domains such as wallet, payments, CRM, bonus engine, responsible gaming, risk & fraud, KYC and back office.
• Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and leading B2B platform providers in iGaming.
• Experience building product strategies for regulated markets and supporting Tier‑1 operator requirements.
• Track record of scaling complex software platforms and leading cross‑functional product organisations.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executive leadership.
• Upper‑intermediate level of English.
