Incoming Tour Manager

About the role

Nueva Vista DMC & Tour Operator is seeking an experienced Incoming Tour Manager who is fluent in English or Spanish to join their Yerevan team. The role is ideal for someone passionate about Armenian culture and skilled at delivering seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Create and develop itineraries for international partners.
• Coordinate and communicate with local guides, drivers, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any issues that arise during operation.
• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent in English or Spanish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with international partners and local suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture, and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
