IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Unlimit is a global fintech ecosystem seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for technical positions. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for high‑caliber candidates across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including research, referrals, digital campaigns, and outreach to active and passive talent.
• Conduct executive‑search headhunting for top candidates across diverse geographies.
• Lead first‑round interviews, applying various interview techniques to meet hiring targets.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, monitoring each stage and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, provide feedback, and maintain top‑tier candidate communication.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, debrief candidates, and secure the best talent.
• Maintain external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract unique talent.
• Keep applicant tracking data up‑to‑date and report on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably in fintech.
• Proven executive‑search experience.
• Strong oral and written English communication (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent attention to detail and an out‑of‑the‑box mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to continuously learn and contribute to HR‑related projects.
