IT Systems Monitoring Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the capacity and availability of network equipment, servers, and communication services provided by suppliers. This position works night shifts and handles IT Service Desk tickets outside regular hours.

Key responsibilities

• Configure IT system monitoring software.
• Monitor active network equipment, infrastructure and server capacity.
• Monitor communication services supplied by third‑party providers.
• Handle IT Service Desk tickets and incoming calls during non‑working hours.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work under pressure, make quick independent decisions and strong sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of network protocols (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP).
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012+.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Kanban.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash and Python.
• Advanced usage of Windows systems.
