Leading Manager of Relationships with Institutional Clients

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the management of relationships with institutional clients at ID Bank CJSC. The role focuses on attracting and servicing corporate customers, providing tailored financial advice, and driving revenue through cross‑selling of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract resident and non‑resident corporate clients, including international organisations and companies with foreign founders.
• Analyse clients’ business activities, financial flows and transactions, and coordinate required documentation with internal departments.
• Provide financial advice and promote banking products and services, especially deposit‑taking, liability‑generating and commission‑based offerings.
• Develop long‑term partnerships, continuously service the client portfolio and resolve issues promptly.
• Design customized solutions based on client needs and prepare proposals that may deviate from standard terms.

Required profile

• Higher professional or specialised education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field.
• Fluent in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, Armenian banking legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑engagement abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with LSBank banking software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
