Maintenance Lead

About the role

Coca-Cola Hellenic is looking for a Maintenance Lead to ensure the safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of production equipment. The role plans, coordinates and oversees technical maintenance activities, supervises the department and manages its daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment.
• Decide on spare parts procurement and follow up on purchases.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance activities so they run on time.
• Supervise auxiliary facilities and ensure they operate reliably.
• Take part in engineering project discussions, propose new projects and improvements, and manage the department's documentation and workflow.
• Assign tasks, represent the department in meetings, present proposals to management and take decisions on day-to-day operations.
• Participate in hiring decisions and support staff development.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations and incentive payments, and quarterly and annual assessments for career planning.
• Ensure cross-functionality between staff, manage the department budget and recruit and train employees.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, including technical English.
• Excellent command of Russian.
• General knowledge of technical equipment and machinery and their operation.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and engineering-related activities.
• Strong planning, coordination, leadership and decision-making skills, able to handle multiple priorities and work with different stakeholders.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Leadership and people management skills.
