Manager, HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Manager of HR Operations to lead our Armenia office. You will drive automation, improve the employee experience, and ensure compliance while collaborating with the global People Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ArmSoft implementation and broader automation initiatives for the Armenia team.
• Design, document, and govern automated and manual HR processes.
• Own and enhance employee touchpoints such as onboarding, off‑boarding, life events, and day‑to‑day inquiries.
• Manage and develop the local HR Operations Specialist, setting goals and fostering a culture of ownership.
• Serve as the senior operational point of contact for employees, People Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence.
• Maintain compliance with the Armenian Labor Code, conduct regular audits, and ensure data integrity.
• Track operational metrics (volume, cycle time, error rates, SLA attainment) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee employee documentation, orders, and new‑hire paperwork, ensuring timely hand‑off to external compliance partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR Operations or People Operations teams.
• Deep understanding of the Armenian labor landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for automation and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.

Required skills

• ArmSoft (HRIS) implementation and configuration.
