Operation Manager - Armenia

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Operation Manager for Armenia. You will own the end-to-end operational performance of the market, lead the local Ops team and make sure there is the right courier supply, strong delivery performance and efficient operations while supporting business growth. The role suits someone who is data-driven, strong in execution and comfortable making decisions in a fast-changing environment, working closely with Commercial, Growth, Finance, Legal and Regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall operational performance of Armenia across delivery, supply and cost efficiency.
• Lead the local Ops team and build clear ownership across it.
• Manage courier supply, forecasting, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Improve key Ops metrics such as DT, UTR, Logistics Index, DT60 and CPO.
• Work with Commercial to improve partner preparation times and operational performance.
• Plan ahead for bad weather, peak periods, special events and supply gaps.
• Use data to identify problems, understand root causes and turn them into clear action plans.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a team.
• Experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply, Marketplace or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Fluent Armenian and English.
