Operations Manager

About the role

Hayasa Hospitality Group seeks a proactive, guest‑oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily on‑site coordination and guest experience at Hayasa Hotel Old Yerevan and Hayasa Apartments. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with department heads to ensure service standards and resolve operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily hotel operations and coordinate service delivery across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security and other departments.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, handling guest feedback, complaints and special requests while ensuring timely service recovery.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas and facilities, and communicate issues to department heads for corrective action.
• Track guest satisfaction and online reviews, identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements.
• Prepare regular operational updates for the Operations Director and escalate significant incidents or risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations.
• Excellent guest relations, complaint handling and service recovery skills.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English.
• Flexibility to be actively involved in daily hotel operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Triosoft PMS (plus).
