Partner Relations Specialist

About the role

PopOK Gaming is seeking a motivated Partner Relations Specialist to act as the primary liaison with our gaming partners. You will ensure smooth communication, handle product queries, and help optimise product delivery across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide seamless communication with partners via chats or calls, receive requests and monitor execution.
• Handle and resolve product‑related questions, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Optimise content positioning on gaming websites to boost product visibility and performance.
• Prepare and deliver daily, monthly and yearly reports for management with clear insights.
• Present product features, benefits and unique selling points tailored to partner needs.
• Gather partner feedback, identify improvement opportunities and share insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development or account management, preferably in iGaming, technology or entertainment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for engaging with partners and exceeding their expectations.
