Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Manager to support our global sales organization. You will maintain CRM data, generate reliable reports, and ensure sales teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day administration of Zoho CRM, ensuring data quality, accurate opportunity stages and consistent use of sales processes.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports, including leads, opportunities, pipeline value and regional metrics.
• Maintain commercial metrics such as CLTV/LTV, CAC and conversion rates, and support forecasting and board‑level reporting.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, product info, pricing documentation) and a centralized knowledge base.
• Onboard new sales managers on CRM usage, internal processes and sales documentation.
• Coordinate the lead generation team, assign tasks, monitor outbound activity and ensure inbound leads are properly processed in CRM.

Required profile

• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Sales Enablement.
• Strong hands‑on experience with CRM systems; Zoho CRM is a significant advantage.
• Confidence working with sales data, dashboards, Excel or Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline management and metrics such as MQL, SQL, CAC and LTV.
• Excellent organization, documentation skills and ability to turn complex inputs into clear materials.
• Good written and spoken English.
