Premium Client Manager – North Avenue Branch

About the role

The Premium Client Manager at the North Avenue Branch will deliver high-quality, customer-centric banking services to premium, partner and other clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring transactions comply with bank policies and legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and introduce the bank’s services to premium and partner clients.
• Identify client needs, propose suitable products and drive cross-selling.
• Open and manage bank, deposit, card and other accounts, preparing complete documentation.
• Maintain client files in paper and electronic form, including the bank’s CRM system.
• Monitor client transactions throughout the business process and act as liaison between client and bank.
• Process loan applications, repayments, limit reductions and other payment orders.
• Prepare account statements, references and other informational materials for clients.
• Collect client feedback, observations and complaints and present them to the Division Head.
• Submit daily operation reports, recommendations for process improvement and other required reports.
• Perform core banking functions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Higher education in business administration, finance, accounting or economics.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the financial market and ability to analyse client financial situations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with clients and internal teams.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in client handling.
