Programme Analyst (Local Post for Nationals of Armenia)

About the role

The Programme Analyst supports UN Women’s Women, Peace and Security (WPS) portfolio in Armenia, providing technical assistance for programme design, implementation, monitoring and reporting. The role works closely with partners, donors and UN agencies to advance the WPS agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of programme strategies and design of project proposals.
• Lead coordination of calls for proposals, technical reviews and partner capacity assessments.
• Monitor financial and narrative reports from implementing partners and provide training on Results Based Management.
• Prepare monitoring reports, donor updates and other knowledge products.
• Support resource mobilisation, partnership building and inter‑agency coordination on WPS.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies, international development or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in programme management, gender equality or WPS contexts.
• Experience with results‑based management, donor reporting and multi‑stakeholder coordination.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Results Based Management methodology.
• Experience in partnership and grant management.
