Programme Analyst – Women, Peace & Security

About the role

The Programme Analyst supports UN Women’s Women, Peace and Security (WPS) portfolio in Armenia, providing technical expertise for programme design, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Reporting to Programme Specialists in Yerevan and under the guidance of the Country Representative, the role advances policy dialogue, advocacy and capacity development.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of WPS programme strategies and proposals.
• Lead coordination of calls for proposals, technical reviews and partner capacity assessments.
• Monitor implementation and financial reporting using results‑based management tools.
• Provide technical assistance and training to partners on RBM and programme delivery.
• Support resource mobilisation, donor engagement and partnership building.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies, international development or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in programme management, gender equality, WPS or related areas.
• Experience with results‑based management, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting.
• Proven ability to work with government, civil society and UN partners.
