Contract Recruiter – Marketing & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 1‑year contract, focusing on Marketing and Sales hiring across Armenia and CIS markets. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will manage the full hiring process from briefing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales positions, delivering high‑quality shortlists quickly.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, ATS databases and local job platforms, and build talent pipelines across the region.
• Manage candidate communication, screening, interview scheduling, feedback loops and ensure a professional, transparent experience.
• Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS, provide status reporting and flag recruitment risks early.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a senior 360 recruiter, preferably in fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD or crypto.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles and handling high‑growth, fast‑moving hiring needs.
• Strong Business English (written and spoken); Russian language is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely while staying highly responsive and accountable.
